    Returned products must be in unused condition and retain their original packaging, labels, and accessories.

If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, providing detailed descriptions and relevant photos.

  1. Non-Returnable Circumstances
    The following situations are not eligible for return:

Damage not due to product quality issues, including but not limited to damage caused by human error, misuse, or improper maintenance.

If there is no quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
